Our adult class is designed to cater to the needs of our more mature students. Along with Hapkido techniques, our lessons will improve your endurance, strength, cardiovascular ability, flexibility, and balance. Our adult classes are available at every studio location, however please check class times in each location.
Adult classes begin with a thorough warm-up and stretching routine, which aids in injury prevention and redcues long-term muscle and joint pain. Our Hapkido classes have shown to be a great way for students to reduce stress from work and school.
Students can use the physical aspect of the lessons as a good outlet for stress and frustration while also improving their fitness and physical health. Due to the physical demands of Hapkido, many of our adult students have discovered that they shed weight and tone existing muscles as they work hard in class. Adult classes are available for people of all skill levels, from beginners to Black Belts and beyond. We will work with you regardless of your past ability or fitness level.

Our college is like a second family to us. Students in our frequently participate in HCA's social events, which include beach vacations, outings, and more!
